These Terms govern your use of businessfuture.today, its articles, feeds, newsletters and related publication services.

Editorial information, not professional advice

Our coverage is general information and commentary. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax, medical or other professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, product or service. Verify important information independently before acting on it.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to publish useful, accurate information, but fast-moving topics can change and sources can be incomplete. We may update, correct, remove or reorganize content at any time.

Automation and editorial production

Automation and AI-assisted systems are part of our workflow, including research support, drafting, summarization, media processing and distribution. Automated output is not itself treated as a factual source. See our Editorial Standards.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, BFT owns or licenses the site’s original design, branding and original publication content. You may link to our pages and quote short portions with attribution where permitted by law. Republishing complete articles, systematic scraping for republication, removal of attribution, or commercial reuse of our original material requires permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, source images and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be used under license, permission, applicable exceptions, or for identification and reporting.

Tips and submissions

If you send a tip or other material, you confirm you have the right to send it. Do not send information you are legally prohibited from disclosing. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, sending a tip does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, employment or confidential relationship.

Newsletters, advertising and affiliates

By subscribing, you request publication emails from BFT. You may unsubscribe at any time. The publication may contain advertising, sponsorships or affiliate links. Commercial relationships do not purchase favorable editorial conclusions. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Third-party links and prohibited use

We do not control third-party sites. Do not interfere with site security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, abuse forms or mail systems, impersonate others, or use the site in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publication is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. BFT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on publication content or third-party services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Law and changes

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. We may update these Terms as the service changes.
